VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON  CLASSES

The DEADLINE for a CLASS REFUND is 5pm CT, 7 days before the class.  

A 10% processing fee is deducted from all refunds.

PRIVATE OR GROUP SESSIONS

 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Clients are responsible for the full session fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or for "no-show" appointments.
